Historic Eastland Kitchen
Nashville, Tennessee
A thoughtful renovation bringing modern functionality to a historic home while honoring its legacy. The design dramatically improved flow by revealing an original doorway that had been closed off, creating a floorpan perfect for entertaining while respecting the homes architecture. The space celebrates materials authentic to this late 1800s home, including: brick, custom inset cabinetry, and elegant brass shelving. A desk niche with a leaded glass window uncovered from a former closet, creates a seamless blend of period charm and contemporary living.
